I can get one trigger to work just fine and define plugin as the unifi plugin for sensors (phones present).

I tried to create a second trigger using the unifi presence sensors and a door lock (august plugin) It never canlocate the door lock that I have defined?

Also if I try to create a second trigger for all devices away based only on the unifi sensors it will not let me enable the trigger?

Could you post more details on your configs and setup?

Ie states of the devices used for the trigger

I think I got it to work. I had to go in and define not just the plugin but also define the door
