Any suggestions?

The Satellite Image Downloader device doesn't use the Fantastic Weather API. Open the device settings and copy the Source Location URL into a browser and see if the image shows up. If it doesn't, then the service you're calling is down. If you can load an image in the browser but not in the plugin, please let me know and I'll investigate further.
