Tesla v3 Plugin - Refresh Token

Hi everyone.

With the new v3.x versions of this plugin (for Python 3 support), i've had to update the authentication to meet Tesla's new requirement.

You will therefore need to enter a Refresh Token in the plugin config.

There are various documented ways to obtain such a token, but the way i've been using (as it seems most straight forward for end-users) is to download the 3rd party "Auth for Tesla" app from the App store in your country:
