What's a refresh token?

I've googled and think I can generate one but I'd like to know the preferred method before I go out on a limb. There's really not much documentation for the version 3+

The guy testing for me automatically knew where to get one so never asked me, therefore I never put it in documentation.

I'm using https://apps.apple.com/us/app/auth-app- ... 1552058613 to generate the token, but you're welcome to use any method you're comfortable with.

Glad I asked. I was about to do a 12 step process to generate one on my Mac. This was too easy. Thank you
