Tesla has buggered up it’s WAF (not Wife acceptance factor; although that might be low as well). More web application firewall.
Ongoing Tesla auth changes means most libraries failing to connect, or only occasionally. Hopefully it settles down and they roll back; or finish what they are changing. Until then..
