Temperature conversion

It would be awesome if you included a Centigrade to Fahrenheit option! I focus on the internal temperature which is the "State inside_temp, value 20.5" state.
Parsing the state "State time_to_full_charge, value 17.17" would be a nice to have (I believe it would be 17 hours and 17 minutes in this case). A zero would be not charging.
