Update to control RAEX blinds using Blinds T4 protocol

Hi there, I relatively new to Indigo and home automation.

Is there work around to control RAEX blinds in the absence of the T4 protocol? If not, who do I make a request to, that can update the plug-in to activate the BlindsT4 protocol?
