Using Byron or Bye Bye Standby Light Switches with Indigo

I've managed to get some older Bye Bye Standby light modules working with RFXCOM via Indigo. They're coded as ARC Appliance (KaKu with Wheels). I just use the code that is set with the wheels e.g. B4, B5 etc.

But I cannot work out how I get Indigo/RFXCOM to see my Byron Light Switches Type RS15 or Bye Bye Standby remotes. Any ideas how I can detect these units and use them to send on/off signals via Indigo?
