The link for the plugin seem not to be working

We're working on getting the file library up and running. In the meantime, here's a direct link to the download, assuming the one in the library is the most up to date.

I think that one (on our site) is pretty old. Instead take a look at this forum thread which appears to be where he posts updates.
The most recent one listed on there (as of 2013/6/7) is 1.3.6, which is available here:
