Data filters are gone!

All my setup data filters are gone. Any suggestions on how to recover them? Or do I have to bite the bullet and reenter them?

Don't know if there is a way to recover them but I'd make sure you are using the right database. Could be something happened and you are using a new one. Hope this is an easy fix for you.

Thank you. That makes sense. How do I change the DB?

So again, not sure what might have caused everything to disappear, but Indigo stores the working database in the Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation folder. If everything is gone, it would make sense that the data base you are currently using isn't the right one. You can look in the folder mentioned above and see if there is an older one, and in Indigo, you can go to the File/Select Database menu, and it should bring you to the folder where an older database might be.

Re: Data filters are gone!

The indigo DB is fine. Nothing else is the issue. The InfluxDB just got blanked. I bit the bullet and recreated the device, variable, and filters in the plugin and I am back to normal. And then made a backup of the InfluxDB folder, just in case.

The dashboard was fine, just no data.
