Animated GIF support

The plugin has been updated to support the creation of animated gifs.

My typical use case for this is to send an animated gif via pushover to my devices containing images of my SecuritySpy camera when motion has been detected. Pushover started supporting animated gifs a few months ago and I've been meaning to try this out. The plugin has options for the creation of 2, 3, 5, or 10 second animated gifs at .5 fps. I was astonished at how big these gifs can get using the Python PIL library. If using pushover, your gif must be 2.5MB or less which can happen with even 2 frames of a high resolution camera. Therefore, I recommend using this in conjunction with the image maximum width, which will thumbnail the images, to reduce size.

If you plan to use this in conjunction with Pushover, the current pushover plugin will not support GIFs. I've posted a pull request to add support for this.

Post if you have questions or issues.
