Just bought a Rachio to replace my Insteon sprinkler controller . installed plug in 2.02 and tried configuring new device and got the error on the log

Rachio Sprinklers Error Error in plugin execution GetUiDynamicList:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "plugin.py", line 499, in availableControllers
TypeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute '__getitem__'


Any suggestions would be great appreciated Tried contacting Rachio no answer after one week

Does it all work with their mobile app? Are all the zones identified properly?

Did you configure the plugin (Configure dialog) with the API token from the mobile app?

You should never contact the device manufacturer about an Indigo plugin, they have no clue about it.
