local variable 'labeltouse' referenced before assignment ?

Running version 0.8.1.

I am now and again getting these messages in the Indigo log:

FindFriendsMini Exception in refreshDataforDev: local variable 'labeltouse' referenced before assignment
FindFriendsMini Error Exception:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "plugin.py", line 1122, in refreshDataForDev
{'key': 'labels', 'value': labeltouse},
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'labeltouse' referenced before assignment
FindFriendsMini Possibility missing some data from icloud: Is your account setup with FindFriends enabled on iOS/Mobile device?

One of our iPhones is currently showing as offline - just in case that is relevant.

Can test this 0.8.6. Version which includes this check and a few other null-data checks.
