Announcing the Z-Wave Node Matrix Plugin

The Z-Wave Node Matrix plugin allows users to create a graphic representation of a Z-Wave mesh network. It displays neighbor lists in a matrix form and, depending on user preferences, other factors like missing nodes and battery-powered devices. Since this is the first public release of the plugin, it's versioned as a beta (version number 0.2.6); however, this is a fully functional release.
