Re: Crash after upgrading to security spy version 5

Thanks guys. Changing the version from "4" to "5" worked fine.

I’ve been playing with the new AI settings in SS but have had no improvement in false positives from motion events in Indigo via the plugin.

Am I correct in assuming that the motion events detected via the plugin are triggered before the AI filters are evaluated in SS?

Cynical SecuritySpy version 2.4.2 officially supports SecuritySpy 5.

The detection logic has gotten a bit more... interesting in SecuritySpy 5. I've tried to explain it a bit here: https://www.cynic.org/indigo/plugins/online/securityspy.html#cameramotion.

TL;DR: The inherited (from earlier) triggers should obey SecuritySpy's Motion Recording settings for image recognition. The new plugin will also let you specify your own image recognition settings (within SecuritySpy's capabilities) or bypass the AI entirely and revert to the old behavior.

I'm having trouble downloading Cynical SecuritySpy version 2.4.2. When I download "http://www.cynic.org/indigo/plugins/download/securityspy.zip" I'm getting version 2.3.0.

Oops, the old repository got out of sync. Fixed.

And yes, the Indigo-hosted downloads repository is now preferred, and I should retire my own one of these days.

Cheers
