Weather Plugin language selection / field

Currently I am setting up the weather plugin and it is looking very good. I am getting the information from DarkSky.
Looking at the forecast text I saw these are in english. Nothing wrong with that but living in The Netherlands I was wondering if it is possible to add a language selection/field in the config of the plugin. As I understand the API it will then show the forecast text based on the language setting?
