Setting Camera to Active or Passive Using Security Spy

I recently have been increasing camera participation in Security using the plugin

I have encountered a problem in trying to control the status of the camera using both the set active and toggle active command

I get a " Cynical SecuritySpy Error ignoring toggle_active action for unready device cameraman"

Ano thoughts and experience sharing on this??

Re: Setting Camera to Active or Passive Using Security Spy

Perhaps a daft question but Can you make it active/passive in security spy itself?

never daft with me.... but yes I could but there is no option to do so camera by camera so I wonder if this feature in this plugin ever worked...

Re: Setting Camera to Active or Passive Using Security Spy

I am using the current version of both the plugin and SecuritySpy and it is working fine for me. Reinstall the plugin, perhaps?
