Cynical Cache IR Code Error

I am trying to set up a Cynical Cache IR Code Action to turn On/Off a Digital Picture Frame. I captured the IR code via iHelp and have successfully created a button in iRule to turn the frame On/Off. This is the captured code that works:

I converted this code to HEX using iConvert (as it appears that Cynical Cache wants HEX code. Here is that conversion:

Either way I get an error message Invalid IR Signal (float division)

Can someone help me?

Are you using the most recent version of the Cynical Cache plugin?

Also, try deleting the action and recreating it from scratch. Does it still fail?

I have most recent version 1.6.7.

I have deleted the device and recreated it.

By the way, the only device I can create under the Cynical Cache is a Network Device, which I am able to assign the appropriate IP address to it. I can not create an IR Emitter Device even though it is in the drop down menu. Once the Network Device is created I can choose IR Emitter when I attempt to create an action.
