2 Cynical plugins error: X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY

2 Cynical plugins error: X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY

Howdy!

I've got an odd problem where Cynical Weather and Security Spy plugins are stopping on startup with this error:

Oddly Cynical Behaviours is behaving! Any idea what this 'X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY' error means?
Computer says no.
