Does the plugin support tilt/pan/zoom actions for cameras that support it?

Not directly. I have an action that allows you to send any HTML command to the camera. If you know the PTZ commands for your specific camera you can run it through the action.

But to be honest I don't have any PTZ cameras so have not fully tested it. If someone wanted to test I'd be happy to fix any bugs.
