Plugin update errors in log

Hi - Love the ring plugin! I have these odd entries in my log when I try to check for a ring update. I have no Mr. Slim thermostat , and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin from the new Github site.

Any ideas whee Mr. Slim is coming from, and why only when updating the ring plugin ?
