Check on the Netatmo web site and make sure your devices are actually reporting.

I updated to .7.0 yesterday and now my outdoor temp is off. It is reading 41 (f) and might be stuck there - it is in the 30s outside and that is what my IPAD and an Android tablet running Netatmo SW says. Here is a screen shot from yesterday afternoon and one from inside indigo now. They both say 41.... snapshot from my phone (running Netatmo SW) says 35.

Is anyone else having this issue.

Netatmo shows 7,6 C

I have found a bug in the lnetatmo module used in the plugin. Well, it wasn't a bug. But, because of recent changes Netatmo made in the API, the library no longer parses the data correctly. It seems the first fix I posted resolved the issue of the plugin crashing, but added the data errors. I think I think I have found a better way to address the problems and will post it later today (US Pacific time).

I turn on and off the heater for my hummingbird feeder based on a variable input from that Netatmo measurement - hurry

New update

I have posted v 0.7.2 to dropbox. This version, finally, properly handles unreachable modules (as defined by the Netatmo server) and stations with an error message in both the DEVICES table State column and in the log.

Note. If the station becomes unreachable, only the Base Module will be flagged. (However, if a non-base module was already flagged as unreachable, it will continue to be flagged)

Please test and let me know if there are any issues, and I will then update there plugin store

Well, it seemed like a cop-out to not do it right. So, v0.7.3 now flags all devices associated with a station if the station becomes unreachable.

Deprecating this plugin?

Earlier this month a new plugin, NetatmoMulti, was added to the Plugin Store. This plugin manages all of the Netatmo devices, not just weather. While the actual weather support is pretty much identical to my Netatmo Plugin, it is easier to config as it can auto discover all the weather modules. There appear to be some bugs with this plugin, but they pretty much deal with config issues. After the initial plugin, just ignore any error messages and reload the plugin. The developer does not (yet?) have a page in the Indigo forums. But, he does have an external website.

So, I am seriously thinking I should deprecate this Plugin, though I will wait for comments, if there are any. In the meantime, the latest version of the NetatmoPlugin (0.7.4) is available in the Plugin Store. This is the same as beta 0.7.3, with the addition of some cute icons for temperature modules.

Nooooooo, one of my go-to plug-ins
