Lutron Leap - no device issue

I have a schedule that turns on lights = f(sunset). My outside lights are now controlled by a Lutron keypad with the RRa3 controller.
Is there a straightforward way to include them in the schedule? - and beyond that, in an Action Group?

What switch or dimmer is actually controlling the lights?

Oh, it's a Hybrid Keypad. That's an important detail. The outside lights are actually wired to the keypad.

Is the keypad activated in the RRa3 Designer Software?

And it's showing up in the Lutron mobile (phone) app?

I think Hybrid Keypads were not supported by the library I use, but that might have changed. I'll check tomorrow. In the meantime, post the output from the "Write Bridge Data to Log" menu command. And then enable debug logging, restart the plugin, and post that output.

My guess, based on the above, is that you didn't do the last step of the install instructions in the README file:

Once that's complete, use the menu command to "Create Devices from Bridge". You cannot manually create the devices
at this time. Only the auto-create method is supported.

With debug logging still enabled, do the menu command and then post the log output.

It's hard to believe (but possible) that I forgot to run the 'create devices from bridge' step.
I just tried to do a factory reset on the 'hockey puck', and it did not respond as it is supposed to - which might explain the lack of response below.

Why did you reset the processor?

Edit the Bridge device, press save and re-pair it, and try again.

I cycled the power, did a factory reset, and got the same result. In my last message, the factory reset 'failed' because I push the button and held it; I didn't push 3x and hold. My mistake.

It's possible there's a bug, but better to be sure it's paired before digging deeper.

The unknown type message for the Processor is benign, since it won't create a processor device anyway.

Skipping sensors is normal.

Somewhere later on in that output should be messages about the dimmers and (possibly) the LEDs. I need to see ALL the output.

Also, use CODE tags when posting log excerpts, not QUOTE.

I still don't understand why you're restarting and resetting the processor. Get it working, make sure it's all working with the mobile app, pair it with the plugin device, then LEAVE IT ALONE.

At this point, it would probably be best if you deleted the Bridge device, created a new one, and did the pairing.

Then restart the plugin (debug logging on), and use the menu command to create devices. Then post the entire log.
