Pre-release 7.3.0 - Multiple Lutron system support

This release supports connecting to multiple independent Lutron systems. This allows for control of local and remote systems, as well as multiple local systems. Useful for Caseta installations too large for a single Smart Bridge Pro.

To support this, the interface to the Lutron system is now handled by a new IP or Serial "Gateway" device. On first run for an existing Indigo install, the plugin will create an appropriate gateway based on the existing plugin configuration data. The device will be named "Lutron IP Gateway" or "Lutron Serial Gateway".

This version of the plugin also has a number of bug fixes, including fixes to the dimmer "Fade" command and to shade "up/down/stop" commands.

At this time, this version is considered "pre-release" pending additional user testing.

Downloaded and running this version - is this basically the same as the beta 7.3 from before Christmas?

No worries. It has been running fine for me. I still have occasional connectivity issues, but I think that is because my indigo server is connected to my main LAN via a moca bridge. One of my plans is to migrate to a small Mac mini and put it directly on the main switch in the basement...

Are you using serial or IP to the Lutron repeater?
