Release 7.2.0

I'm tagging this as pre-release for now, but I think it's very close to final release.

Changes since the last public release (7.0.7):

Completely removed GHPU code.
Plugin will now auto-create devices for both RadioRa2 and Caséta systems. More info in Wiki soon.
Keypad button triggers now use popup menus to select buttons, rather than Integration and Component IDs.
New Event and Group device types to simplify creation of Timeclock Event and Occupancy group triggers.
Keypad button triggers for double- and triple-click on buttons.
Device linking - control non-Lutron loads (Insteon, etc) from Lutron keypad buttons. For buttons with LEDs, the state of the controlled device is reflected on the LED.
Lots of smaller fixes along the way.

Note: If you used an earlier beta version and it created Indigo devices for the repeaters, please delete them. They are no longer used.

I think I'm done making changes based on known deficiencies or reported issues. I'm going to ask people to test this version as much as they can until next weekend, when I'll do a public release (barring significant bugs). Please read the notes on each release as summarized here: https://github.com/FlyingDiver/Indigo-radiora2/releases. Testing with Caséta systems is especially needed, including the device creation process which is totally different for Caséta compared to RRA2.

I have also added several pages to the Wiki at https://github.com/FlyingDiver/Indigo-radiora2/wiki. I'm looking for feedback on the documentation. Either open an issue with comments or submit proposed edits to the Wiki pages.
