Purple Air sensor plugin

Hmm. I thought I worked around that issue. Let me work on it. That's why it's a pre-release.

I could delete my devices. Unfortunately that would also delete my triggers based on them. But those are fairly simple; I could rebuild them. I'll just wait a while. The air is pretty clear here in Denver right now. No wildfires affecting us just yet...

Better yet, delete the prefs file. That should force the config dialog to come up before it actually starts the plugin.

OK, I'll have to recode that section to deal with API key.
