(Re-)Enabling connectivity from Indigo to Harmony Hub

Here are the instructions for enabling connectivity for Firmware version 4.15.250 or later:

Not too surprising, Logitech is killing off all the old Harmony content.

Fortunately, you don't need to enable XMPP anymore, since the plugin now supports using WebSockets instead. In the plugin config dialog.
