Unfortunately I'm getting the same issues now. The activity devices only update when used t turn on the activity. If unused remote or iOS app they remain out of sync.
It's replicable.

Then I need to see the logs. Make sure everything shows all activities off, then set debug logging, then turn on an activity. When they don't sync (give it a few seconds), post the log.

Typically they are now responding as expected. I will try again later.
