Yale lock YRD446 working with plugin

I currently trialing Indigo with the view of moving off Vera. I have installed a number of Yale YRD446 locks and been able to successfully pair them with Indigo, but that is where it stops. The lock do not respond to any commands from Indigo, such as lock & unlock . Zwave Lock Manager does not give me access to any lock parameters, such and managing users and changing auto lock time.

I have spoken with Yale (Assa Abloy) here in Australia and they have confirmed the lock type, and have suggested that an easy fix is just to add this model number to script, so as Indigo & the plugin can recognise the lock, which currently describes the lock as "Keypad Dealock (YRD210/220/240).

Any help on this would greatly be appreciated, as this is determine if I move across to indigo.

Thanks

Locks need to be included with encryption enabled to do anything. Did you do that?

Be sure the completely exclude it from the Z-Stick first before you re-include it with encryption enabled.
