Lost connectivity

I have been using Alexa to command automation devices for a number of years using this bridge. However I recently upgraded my router from Apple extreme to Netgear Orbi and then lost connectivity between Alexa and indigo. Any suggestions? I also upgraded to latest version of this bridge.

Re: Lost connectivity

You need to provide more info :)

What version of the plugin were you on and what version are you on now.

Posting a copy of the event log from when the plugin is reloaded will give us a start in trying to help you. :)

Re: Lost connectivity

I solved the problem. There was no bridge device in indigo, so I rebuilt the bridge device. I also had to delete all the existing Alexa devices and discover the new devices.

Re: Lost connectivity

Lost Alexa connection, Getting Bridge errors, I have in the configure tried selecting override host IP address and enter the host address, I have also tried not selecting that choice either way I get the same error. I have reboot the machine same results. Any info is greatly appreciated on somehow getting this to work again. I have update the plugin 3.0.29,
