Alexa-Hue Bridge Version 3.0.9

Version 3.0.9 of the Alexa-Hue Bridge has just been released and is now available on Github.

This release (Version 3.0.9) fixes an umlaut conversion and display issue.

This version is now the official V3 release - 3rd September 2017 - it should appear via the plugin update check.

Version 3 adds the ability to directly control Indigo Actions in addition to Indigo Devices.

There are also some minor corrections and bug fixes.
