Somfy Autoview Remotes
Posted: Sun Jun 02, 2019 5:09 pmSomfy Autoview system has three different remotes. A basic "two-button" model that is sort of the default that they sell with each motorized blind and is sometimes called the "virtual cord" remote.
A remote that is very similar but adds a "stop" button (also serves as a way to move the shade to a saved intermediate location) called "single-channel" remote.
Finally, the "multi-channel" remote which has three buttons and the ability to select from 12 distinct "channels" for controlling multiple shades or shade groups separately.
I just learned of this plugin and was happy to see that it provided a more convenient way in Indigo to create triggers for different events. The only remaining thing I needed to know to use the remotes with this plugin was the button assignments.
