Go to System Preferences/Security & Privacy, I bet the plug-in is “stuck in customs”, you have to tell it to run it anyway. Everything is quarantined

I had the same problem after upgrade to MacOS 10.15.4 and I ultimately selected to "Move to Trash". Of course, Homekit devices no longer work. Can I just remove this from trash and make a tweak to allow it to run despite the developer not being approved/signed?
