Homebridge... Alexa / Echo support?

Not something I have any particular need for as I'm not a fan of amazon listening to every detail of my life but I was wondering would it theoretically be possible to modify HKB to support this plugin?

Seems like if that could be run piggybacking onto HKB it could make life a lot easier for folks wanting Alexa integration than the current way that it's done?
