Lost ability to use Siri - but app still works

I have a number of devices in Homekit Bridge. Recently, not sure precisely when or why, Siri stopped working. But my HomeKit bridge devices appear in the app and I can control them there just fine.

I also have HomeKit devices (Lutron) with native support and those work fine with Siri.

Any ideas?

May have fixed my issue. Posting in case this helps somebody else.

I had my accessories in rooms but had never used the zones setting. Added a room to a zone and now Siri works again.

Weird.
