Device type errors Relay switch vs dimmer
Posted: Sun Apr 21, 2019 10:04 amI have successfully set up the Homebridge plugin and added 50 or more Insteon and z wave devices. Some of the switchlinc dimmers work correctly as dimmers but others incorrectly show up in the Home app as relay switches (on/off) vs dimmers. I have tried setting the device type from lightbulb and then to switch but that only changes the icon not the function. The device model number shows up correctly in the home app.
