New error at startup

I think my UDM had gotten in to a funky state, but after restarting unify-os and the plugin, the plugin gave this error:

This only happened a couple times at plugin startup, but I had never seen this error before so I thought it worth posting.

this is an error while reading / getting data from the controller. it sometimes happens. if it is a once in a while it is ok.
