Answering to your question regarding mca-dump; I get:

-bash: mca-dump: command not found

But, .16 is my Controller, not the USG/Gateway.

the newer unifi software versions of the controller does not support the
mca-dump
command. all communication is done through the http get commands

So i guess your ip numbers in config are not setup properly. it thinks that .16 is the gateway
what is your setup? do you have a UDM?

No, .16 is controller (Cloudkey-Gen2-Plus)
NO UDM, but USG 3P (IP=.253)

Then please check your config- the Ip number must be wrong. It is set to be the gateway.
Also wich UniFi software is running on the cloud key ?
