7.34.322, but after reading that question I'm upgrading to the latest 7.37.441 right now. I'll let you know if I see any more errors.

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

I am getting similar errors too, can't remember when they started, could be with Indigo 7.5. I just upgraded to plugin v7.37.341 and they still show up. This is what I get:

Code: Select all
uniFiAP Error                   in Line 7608 has error='module' object has no attribute 'exc_traceback'
uniFiAP Warning                 checkAndPrepDict: error for APdict - 192.168.1.124

I thought this might be something on my APs since if I reboot the AP in question the error dissapears but eventually it comes back again. Any ideas?

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

@Turribeach:
this error is in a complete different area: >>Line 7608 has error='module' object has no attribute 'exc_traceback'<< than the http error, one talks to the unifi controller through http, the other is talking to the wifi-ap through ssh

fixed in v .342 it is in an error the error section.

But the underlying issue is that the AP does not answer with a valid response.
How often do you get this error message?
And what is your MAC-OS version?
And you should get more messages in the plugin.log file, could you post that?

AND @ Different Computers:
what is the unifi controller version? 6.x or 5.x ?

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

in Line 7425 has error=global name 'total' is not defined
thats an error in the can not connect error handling.
will fix later today
and could you restart your AP(s) they sometimes seem to not answer, a reboot has fixed that for me

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

Seeing this now, pretty regularly. Did not see it before. Using Controller 6.043

Code: Select all
uniFiAP                         comsumeDictData   excessive time consumed:9.6; 192.168.1.1-0-UDdict len:41,  next:{u'ip': u'100.20.3.12', u'geo_info': {u'WAN': {u'city': u'Paradise', u'longitude': -7.2535, u'conti
   uniFiAP                         comsumeDictData T excessive time consumed:10.0; 192.168.1.1-0-UDdict len:41,  next:{u'ip': u'100.20.3.12', u'geo_info': {u'WAN': {u'city': u'Paradise', u'longitude': -8.2535, u'conti

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

Hi, I have restarted all APs and no more errors but they tend to come back eventually. I will keep an eye on the logs.

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

@Different Computers >> excessive time consumed: ...<< is a new warning message, was never shown before
it is an indication that the consumption of the data received takes longer than 3 seconds
that number was never measured before.

if this is an ongoing issue please check the cpu load on your indigo server.

A spot check right now shows 88% to 92% idle, less than 3 minutes after seeing that message in the log. I'll check again throughout the day tomorrow.

Re: New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

Still seeing this regularly:
Code: Select all
uniFiAP                         comsumeLogData    excessive time consumed:5.9[secs]; 192.168.0.2; len:2,  lines:[u'Sat Mar 20 12:26:42 2021 user.info : stahtd[1229]: [STA-TRACKER].stahtd_dump_event(): {"event_id"
   uniFiAP                         comsumeDictData   excessive time consumed:9.7; 192.168.0.1-0-UDdict len:41,  next:{u'ip': u'205.220.233.212', u'geo_info': {u'WAN': {u'city': u'Paradise', u'longitude': -8.2333, u'conti
   uniFiAP                         comsumeLogData  T excessive time consumed:6.3[secs]; 192.168.0.2; len:6,  lines:[u'Sat Mar 20 12:26:44 2021 daemon.info hostapd: ath0: STA 80:2a:a8:81:ed:9c DRIVER: Sead AUTH addr=
   uniFiAP                         comsumeDictData T excessive time consumed:10.1; 192.168.0.1-0-UDdict len:41,  next:{u'ip': u'20.20.23.2', u'geo_info': {u'WAN': {u'city': u'Paradise', u'longitude': -8.2333, u'conti

Line by line that's about my AP, my UDM, my AP again, and then my UDM and the WAN connection.

Running 7.37.341

On the plus side, everything seems to be working even with these warnings. CPU usage is solidly in the 25-30% range.

New errors after Indigo 7.5 upgrade

I added that check. It was not in the versions before

It simply states that it takes a
Long time to fill the indigo dev states.
That time is after receiving the messages

Take it as an indication that the indigo server is not idle.

The key q is how many do you get? Once a minute or some times
