V 7.24.135 log error

Hi Karl,

Getting this error since I updated to latest version. Anything I can do to get rid of these?

The userid and pwd are ok?

As they say no such thing as a stupid question..
The user id for the system devices was pre-filled but not the controller. Unfortunately entering that hasn't sorted the error.

after entering the userid, you get the same error message?

could you switch on debug for
connection
and run it again

ps I posted a new version today, could you try that one 7.24.135 so that the line numbers are correct

This is the version I updated to yesterday and started getting the log entries.
I'll PM the log to you shortly.

Can’t really do anything. My att internet is down. A building fire in one of their switch center. No eta.

Doesn't sound good. I'm in no hurry - hopefully the fire services are in a hurry and put the fire out !
