new plugin installed and enabled - no configuration option

subject says it all. can't configure the plugin. 7.19.122 running on latest version of indigo on macOS 10.10.5

plugin attempts to run and then stops. only options for plugin menu are "disable", "reload" and "about"

event log pasted below. the IP address referenced is not on my network or the indigo host.

any hints appreciated.

I've manually uninstalled / reinstalled plugin.

Have you tried:

Disable plugin
Delete the config file for this plugin (in folder indigo x\Preferences\plugins) Karls usually start com.karlwachs.xxxxx....indiPref
Restart plugin
