New version with better support for dimming and fans

HomeKit assumes that when a light is turned on, it will return to whatever brightness it had when it was turned off.

Of course, Insteon devices don't work that way, when you turn them on, they go to whatever default brightness they were set for.

Similarly, HomeKit does the same thing with fan on/off and rotation speed.

My latest update to homebridge-indigo tries to cope with this better. Now, when it gets an On command from HomeKit for a light, it sets the brightness of the light to whatever it last was. So, now you won't see your lights going to 100% and then dimming back down when you turn them on from HomeKit or ask Siri to adjust the brightness. Same for fans and their rotation speed.

The only exception to this is, when you first start homebridge, for any lights/fans that are off, it won't know what their previous brightness/speed was, so it will just turn them on the first time it gets an On command from HomeKit.

Hopefully, this will be a better experience for everyone.
