weird Problem with V7.115.326

I just upgraded from whatever was running last July (been busy, so missed a few intermediate ones) and have a VERY weird problem; I have 5 rPis scattered throughout the house, and after the update, all but the last one (PI-4) are gone from the device list and are no longer detecting beacons... BUT the Pi-0 and Pi-3 that have contact closures on their GPIOs are continuing to report changes to those devices. In the plugin, the only PI that is available for configuration is PI-4, but the Indigo log keeps reporting
piBeacon Warning RPI# X check , too many empty messages in a row: 2
piBeacon Warning sending reboot command to RPI
for all the missing Pis... When I tried to add one of the ones with no GPIO's attached back into the list as a new PI-1 by IP, it will not find it.

Any suggestions about how to get them back without losing the 2 dozen GPIOs I have attached?
