I got this all setup with pibeacon seeing devices. But for the life of me I haven’t been able to figure out which entry is my Tile device. I even have the scanner app on my iPhone that sees the tile but none of the numbers it identifies show in the pibeacon table. Any advice on hw to figure this out. I have lie 50 entries to sort through.
Thanks

The new tiles do not send bc any more.
The xy 3 are still the best.
In general how to find the proper mac number of beacon
First after some time stop accepting new beacons all your beacons should already be there.
Then put beacon next to the rpi
Wait 2minutes check which beacon is the closest, mark that
Move beacon far away
Wait 2 minutes.
Then check the signal signal/ distance of that ibeacon on that rpi. Should be far away.
Name that beacon and create a folder good beacons. Move that beacon into that folder
Continue with next beacon.
Unfortunately there is no phone app that shows the mac number.

Thank you. The table in indigo does not show signal strength though. Where do you see that.
Thanks

In the iBeacon device states.
Move the states View pane up
There you find some 30+ states
In rpi device states you find the nearest iBeacon

That’s a common issue. Everyone had to go through that
