piBeacon not creating rPi devices

Hey Karl,

Getting things up and running now, and wanted to add a new rPi to the mix, but can't seem to get the device created. I ran the setup, and pushed the files from Indigo using the plugin. All mac -> rpi communication is working per the piBeacon log. But, even though I see the posts for data, and the pi was created in the variables, I don't see an actual device created. I do see this repeating in the logs:

22:09:17 -MAC# from RPI message is new B8:27:EB:72:EB:89 trying with new BLE-MAC number, old MAC#=--
22:09:17 -MAC# from RPI message is new B8:27:EB:72:EB:89 not in internal list .. new RPI?

Any idea on how I trigger the creation of the device? From your instructions, we aren't supposed to create any pi's or beacons manually, so I've resisted that temptation. lol

thanx,
~ken

So yes, it looks like you've done it again! I'm up and running now.. Going to deploy to a few more of my pi's, and play with that a bit. Next will be temp sensors :-)

Some hints
Rename new beacons you like to keep them.
Move the good ones into a new folder
