I have Home Remote installed (a few weeks ago) and working perfectly on one of my iPhones, and I simply cannot get it to appear in the App Store on another iPhone.

After browsing the forum here it seems this may have happened before. Is the app currently not available?

Okay, I was able to locate it by going through the "family purchased > not installed on this iPhone" on the new iPhone and was able to see it and download it that way, since I had already purchased it on my other iPhone under our iOS family account.

Still can't find it in the general App Store though. Am I missing something?

I couldn't see it yesterday either - also had to use 'purchased but not on this phone'.

I was able to download and install the app on the second iPhone, but as soon as it opens it just crashes. Even if I reboot the iPhone multiple times, and I've also tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times.

Latest version of iOS 9.2.1 running on the iPhone. Interesting...

Is it iPhone 6?

There's someone on other thread with same problem - which might be why it's been removed from store temporarilg

Yes. Although it's running fine on my iPhone 6S Plus, but the new phone I can't get it to open without crashing on is my wife's iPhone 6.

Hey guys, just updating here too. I pushed out a bad update by mistake, which can't be undone. I pulled from sale almost immediately so as to stop the update from showing for other people.

A new version has gone to review with Apple and should be in the store in the next couple of days.

I was able to search for the app and download it and install it on my wife's iPhone 6. However, when I went to set a geofence trigger the app immediately crashed. The app will not launch now (crashes immediately upon opening it), even after rebooting the phone multiple times and also deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times.

Is there a known issue here?

It looks like the app store has served you the old version, that was before the update. The App Store version is 3.1.1... When did you download it?

Just realized mine is 3.1.1 on my iPhone. Let me update - oops!

Just 10 minutes ago. That's weird. I opened up the app store on her phone and it was showing an available update - obviously for Home Remote - to 3.1.1. But when I searched for it to install it 10 minutes ago and download it from the app store it was 3.1. App Store issue?

Anyway, it looks like its working now! Thanks for the help.
