Create a "Goodbye" code

Hello!

I'd like to configure a button on a KPL that turns everything off (lights and devices) when I'm about to leave home.

I have about 60 fixtures/appliances in my home. So we don't wanna check or send OFF commands to every device.

Question is: is there a way to get from Indigo the list of fixtures that are ON (or not OFF)?

Thanks in advance

Re: Create a "Goodbye" code

If your devices are all (or mostly) INSTEON devices then you can just create a PowerLinc group with all of them in it. Then just send the group an OFF - it's a single message to all devices at once so it doesn't really matter how many are on/off.

Thanks Jay.

Oh yes, all devices are Insteon. How do I create a PowerLinc group with all devices? By using Indigo?

Check out the Managing PowerLinc Scenes section of the docs.
