Good day,
I am writing a plugin and the default configure window is too small, is there a way to set the size in the PluginConfig.xml file rather than dragging the corner once it is open?

The window should be sized to fit the controls when it is first shown (Indigo 6 does this, but not v5). Can you take a screen capture or explain the problem in more detail?
To answer your question though, you cannot specify the height/width. In the future the UI might be presented in other clients besides the Cocoa one (Indigo Touch, browser client, etc.), so absolute sizing won't give good results.
