LG TV Controller convert from mySensor

Is it possible to rewrite this script from https://forum.mysensors.org/topic/2965/lg-tv-controllerto work with this plugin? Im no programmer so I hope for some help on this. maybe someone else find it useful:)

The Cynical plugins already provide this feature via any IP to Serial convertor - I don't do Arduino/PI boards but if there's any way for one to become a simple convertor then you could achieve it this way.
