Help needed on re-configuration

I have been using Fingscan for several months. It has been stable and reliable. However, my home wifi was not strong enough for my cell phones to log on until I was already in the house. My main goal is to have Fingscan detect the phone before I enter the house and allow an indigo trigger to turn on garage lights and open the door. I extended my wifi with a Netgrear Nighthawk, and ensured the extended network recognized the cell phones I need to follow.
The problem I am having is that when I try to reconfigure the Fingscan plugin, it tells me that Fing is not running. I have made sure I have both the desktop app running and I am logged into my Fing account. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Here is the event log:

Yes, I have entered both the password for the main router, and the password for the extended wifi. Which should I use?

Can you switch on all debug areas

No problem
I am delayed returning from Europe today - 9 hours sitting in Chicago.
And to Europe it was 28 hours delay in Houston

Don’t remember it being that bad from before COVID.
